Stretch and Flow LLC
Karly Wunder is a certified Stretch & Flexibility Coach through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) with a passion for helping others move and feel their best! She believes in the power of stretching to increase flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance the overall well-being of others.
This one-on-one assisted stretching session will incorporate a technique called Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. This technique is a combination of static stretching and isometric contractions that relaxes the muscle and allows for a deeper stretch. This form of stretching has been described as one of the most effective techniques to increase range of motion.
